  • Nanny availability depends on your service area, preferred dates and times, and each nanny's schedule.

  • Families located outside central Toronto are encouraged to contact us before purchasing to confirm availability in their area.

  • One-Time Service purchases are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Please submit your booking request within this period. Monthly and Annual Memberships remain valid for their respective membership terms.

  • One-Time Services and Monthly and Annual Memberships include a 14-day Matching Guarantee from the date of purchase.
